Our Policy

Gratuities Gratuities are greatly appreciated in cash only. Parties of 5 or more will be subjected to a 20% gratuity charge upon checkout.

Cancellation Policy If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call us in advance so that your slot becomes available to another client. Reservations of $50 or more will require a credit card. We accept Discover, Visa or Master Card only. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours (48 hours for parties of 4 or more) prior to your service or 50% of the service will be charged. No-Shows will be charged the full service.

Late Arrivals Please be courteous of others and arrive on time. If you cannot make it in on time to your appointment, please call us in advance. However, if you arrive late (15 minutes) without notice, your appointment may be shortened or given to another client.

Appointments We recommend you to make an appointment to guarantee you a space, but walk-ins are always welcome.

Health Please inform us of any medical conditions that require special attention and/or prescription medications as there may be contraindications to some services. Inform us if you are pregnant, diabetic, allergic to certain products, etc, so that we can better serve you.

Standards and commitment to cleanliness We are committed to your health and safety. We sanitize all instruments in hospital grade disinfectant prior ever use. After instruments are sanitized, we place them in a sterilizer until use. This will eliminate all possibilities of bacteria growth. All files and buffers are disposable and will be disposed after every use.
